Welcome to MakMyOrder. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. In the following terms and conditions, references to ‘You’ mean the ‘User’ registering and accessing the website. ‘Service Providers’ means third-party service providers. These terms create a binding legal contract between you and us. By using the MakMyOrder services, you represent and warrant that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. You can become a member to access services or purchase products as a guest without becoming a member. Registration requires certain information as set out on our registration page. You agree to ensure your registration details, including name, address, contact number, and email address, are accurate and updated when required. If found incorrect, we reserve the right to cancel your registration immediately.
2. Customised & Soft Copy Orders – No Refund / No Return / No Cancellation
For all customised products and soft copy digital files (PDFs):
- No refund, no return, and no cancellation requests will be accepted once the order is placed.
- These products are personalised and made to order; hence changes after purchase are not possible.
- Please review all order details, including names, dates, and content, carefully before making payment.
By placing an order for customised or soft copy products, you agree to this no-refund, no-return, and no-cancellation policy.
3. Our Service
Subject to this Agreement, you are granted a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable license to use the service for personal, non-commercial use only. We reserve all rights not explicitly granted. We may terminate this license at any time for any reason.
To maintain a safe shopping experience, we may monitor transactions for fraudulent activity. If detected, we reserve the right to cancel all past, pending, and future orders without liability.
4. User Account
Your MakMyOrder account gives you access to services we may offer in the future.
You must provide accurate and complete information.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Use strong passwords and keep them secure.
Notify us immediately of any security breaches or unauthorised use.
We are not liable for losses from unauthorised account usage.
5. Proprietary Rights
Except for user content, all content, trademarks, logos, graphics, and intellectual property on the site belong to MakMyOrder or its licensors.
You may not copy, sell, distribute, or modify any content without prior written permission.
6. Prices
All prices are in Indian Rupees and subject to change without notice.

Use of our services constitutes consent to our Privacy Policy. While we implement safeguards, we cannot guarantee complete security against unauthorised access.
