All customised products (including soft copy PDFs) are non-refundable and non-returnable once the order is placed. Please review your details carefully before checkout.

Return & Refund Policy – MakMyOrder

This page contains important information about our Return & Refund Policy at MakMyOrder (makmyorder.in).

Returns

You can raise a return request only in the following cases:

  • You have received a broken or damaged product. We use strong protective packaging, but rare damages may occur in transit.
  • You have received a product not matching the size or design you ordered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the product by emailing us at makmyorder@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the product.

We do not accept returns or refunds due to a change of mind, as all products are made to order. All sales are final once placed on the website.

Customised Orders & Soft Copy PDFs

  • No refund or return is available for customised orders or soft copy (PDF) products under any circumstances.
  • Please review your order details carefully before placing the order.

Exchanges (if applicable)

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • If the outer package looks damaged, mention it to the courier at the time of delivery and take a clear unboxing video.
  • To request a replacement, email makmyorder@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with the unboxing video and details.

No replacement requests will be accepted without an unboxing video and damage note on the delivery receipt.

Return Process

  • If your return request is approved, you must ship the product back in its original packaging within 2 working days.
  • Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer. We recommend using a reliable courier with tracking.
  • We are not responsible for products lost in return transit.

Once we receive the product, our QC Team will inspect it. If approved, a replacement will be shipped or a Store Credit will be issued.

No cash refunds will be given.

Important Terms & Conditions for Returns

  • MakMyOrder reserves the right to approve or reject return claims.
  • Returned items must be unused and in original packaging (bubble wrap, shrink wrap, etc.).
  • Products bought on sale or discount are not eligible for return/exchange.
  • Color variations due to display differences are not grounds for return.

Refunds (Store Credit Only)

  • In rare cases, if we cannot send a replacement, a refund will be provided only in the form of Store Credit.
  • Store Credit codes are valid for one-time use only and are non-transferable.
  • The store credit will be issued within 2 working days after confirmation.

MakMyOrder does not provide cash refunds.
