Shipping & Payments

What are the Shipping Charges & Payment Options?
Shipping is Free on orders prepaid by Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking & Wallets using secure Razorpay/Instamojo Payment Gateway.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at select PIN codes at a flat rate of ₹100 for a cart value under ₹4,000.

While placing a prepaid order, my money was deducted but I didn’t get an order confirmation page/email?
If this happens, please contact us at makmyorder@gmail.com and provide:

  • The deducted amount
  • Email ID used to place the order
    We will verify with our payment gateway and update you at the earliest.

Customised Digital Orders (Soft Copy PDF)

If you ordered a customised product or soft copy (PDF only), please note:

  • No cancellation or refund is available for these products.
  • PDF files will be sent via WhatsApp or Email within 2–4 working days after order confirmation.
  • Ensure your WhatsApp number and email address are correct during checkout.

Order Delivery Time

  • Orders are processed in 8–12 working days unless otherwise mentioned.
  • Some orders may take up to 15 working days due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • We ship via leading courier services like Delhivery/FedEx.

Delivery time may vary depending on location and other factors beyond our control. COVID-related restrictions may also impact timelines and COD availability.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive an Email/SMS with tracking details. You can also visit your order page to check the status.

Changing the Shipping Address

  • If the order hasn’t left our warehouse, you can contact us immediately to update the address.
  • Once shipped, changes are NOT possible. If undelivered, the package will be returned, and reshipping charges of ₹200 must be prepaid.

Discount Codes

Discount codes are NOT applicable on:

  • Products already on sale
  • Products sold as sets or combos

Cancellations

Cancellation by Customer

  • Cancellation requests are accepted only if made within 12 hours of order placement and if the order has not been shipped.
  • For prepaid orders canceled before shipping, store credit will be issued for the full amount.
  • For prepaid orders canceled after shipping, store credit will be issued after deducting ₹200 as return charges.
  • Customised orders and soft copy PDFs are not eligible for cancellation or refund under any circumstances.

Cancellation by MakMyOrder
Orders may be canceled due to:

  • Out-of-stock items
  • Inaccurate or insufficient address details
  • Delivery in non-serviceable areas
  • Incorrect or fraudulent payments
  • Internal or unforeseen circumstances

MakMyOrder reserves the right to cancel any order at any time without liability.
